Changed advocate without even notifying me, I raised the complaint on 5th Oct and still no outcome. On top of that, they are asking more money to go ahead with the petition process, that too they won’t even care to assist you. If I have so much time, if I have to take the hardcopies, notarize them and have to be present physically at the consumer court then why would I take your assistance? I can directly do that. Moreover, the concerned advocate never tried reaching over even after sending multiple email and callback request. And their support team is even worse, simply denying that the advocate never tried calling back and telling I was the one who did not pick call. I have lost my money, I have come to you to get assistance and I won’t receive your call? Does it even make sense? A big no no for these guys, do not opt for their service. You’ll see only fake reviews on their official homepage. And if you give negative feedback on their website, it will show some error occurred and it won’t get approved.
