Mouthshut team, please help to resolve my issues with Shopclues as they have messed up with all my Diwali orders.
Those orders remain last orders from that worst website. Also if you can do anything to shutdown that kind of website, please give me some clue. Also I am trying to get in touch with some consumer forums.
Shopclues experience is the most worst experience in world of online shopping. Customer support and CEO of the company has no worry about their reputation. Please resolve my issues, so that I can get out from this mess.
Customer support always sends replies with ready-made templates and you cant get in touch with them via calls as they dont have habit to pickup the call.
