I had purchased Smart Watch with SIM, 16GB memory card in July16 and and by September16 the watch stopped working. Since it is a USB charging watch it stopped chaging and the watch is in a complete DEAD situation. Tried to contact Amazon who refused to help me as they had no clue who was the seller nor if there was any service center in Pune to repair it. The watch stopped working within 2 months and Amazon has refused to take ownership of getting it replaced or fixed, have been doing a lot of run around but in vain. Please help in getting this sorted out as Amazon is declining every request raised form my end and there has been a pathetic service from them
