We had Ordered Danlakshmi Yantra from Telemart Shopping online(https://telemartnetwork.com/)
Received the order after a week or so, and though the package was neatly packed, when we opened it
up we saw that the gold plated Siddhi Ganesh idol was missing in the pack. It was clearly visible that someone or somebody had cleverly ripped open the package with a knife, took out the idol and then re-packed the outer package neatly again. After they received our payment, probably somebody from the Telemart side must have ripped open the package(during its transit) or may be somebody else, took out the idol and re-packed and posted it through speed post.
Now comes the most funniest part .
We had called Telemart Shopping’s(so called) customer support at+917316457000. The lady listened to to our complaint and said "please wait" and then coolly hung up the phone without saying anything. We totally feel cheated here, and did not even try to contact them any more. Saptarishi Sansthan should not be associated with these Telemart guys, if they disown their clients so easily. Also while shipping, they should use well known courier agencies like BlueDart, etc instead of using our own desi Speedpost.
So here is a warning to everybody out there that be very careful while shopping from such agencies.
