Recently had a bad experience with Amazon. Since sometime I was noticing Amazon hiding my genuine negative reviews of products on their website. Recently I ordered a Chennai Super Kings T-Shirt Order#xxx-xxxxxxx-9535502. Amazon sent me an old white torn shirt which even those utensil exchanger(bartan wale) will not take in exchange of a new steel glass. Moreover When I had put a genuine review of the product with pictures, Amazon as usual didn’t published it giving usual vague reasons -

There guidelines are basically dont negate anything on Amazon and accept stupid crap they send.
Well still I just wanted to return it, the return itself is so difficult. The courier guy refused to pick as product name is t-shirt n u r giving back a used old torn shirt? Now aint my fault but he wanted some mail from Amazon so it took another 2 days and still waiting if I will get my refund. I havent expected this from Amazon as being a heavy buyer from them.
