I have bought shoes and bag from fetise.com( fetise.com/)
My order number is 155554 .
After my order, I found that I made the mistake in my order I order size 11 in uk then I mailed to suppoet to change my size in to 10 in us. They give me confirmation mail contact within 24 hour but now today I have completed 60 hour no reply from them side. No reply for mail. The worst customer care I ever seen is fetise support. I am a regular customer of this site and I have bought many product from this site one time I add the product in my cart and not purchased then they call me within 6 hr but now I have problem with them so no reply.
I suggest to all people is that don’t go for fetise.com they are not the good service provider. The worst support - if don’t want to reply there customer why they making such fake support.
