I have taken silver membership of dhobionline a month ago. From day one I am facing problems regarding the pick and drop service. Their customer care is extremely poor, deaf and irresponsible.
I have called them up and have also written to customercare@dhobionline.com regarding the issue many times, but till date(after a month even) not heard a single word of resolution of problem. Today(02.08.2014) a lady executive(Urvashi) called up for the feedback.
She said in event of any complaint you can directly call me on the said no. from 10 am to 6 pm. Later when I reached home and called up the said mobile no. No one was available. I am fed up the service and I am thinking to go to consumer court.
