Be aware of this customer

Hello,


I am Roshni, I am Working for an e-commerce company which deals in fashion accessories and apparels.


The customer named as Neeraj Singh from resident of Kali Mandir, Delhi,  is creating great problem in number of online shopping companies. He tries to point out some technical errors and then demands huge compensation for the sake of customer satisfaction. He also creates some fake accounts to claim gifts and discounts. Even when delivered his order within 3 days, he claims that product was not upto the expectation so he wants compensation for that. He talks too much, his average call duration is around 30-40 minutes, sometimes he crips for free gifts grounding the reason that he has confirmed few orders and threatens the executive to post negative feedback on different social platforms.


I have no clue as in how I should entertain him.


This man is truly a fake, dishonest and a big jerk.
