Very poor & pathetic service delivered by onsite team . they are not supportive & giving me wrong commitment .
I have taken extended warranty for my samsung E7 mobile but I didn’t get any help & support from onsite team. they are very slow to respond my email & calls .
they misguide to customer & not explain everything . they don’t have manners to talk to customers .
I got some issue in my samsung mobile & submitted my phone to onsite . after 10 days they called me & said they will not cover in warranty . when I ask them for exact reason, not able to provide me satisfactory answer I will not recommend my friends & relative to take such pathetic service!
