Please be aware when purchasing any product or service from Onsitego as I believe some of the review in this platform might be misleading or false.
Here are my concerns based on personal experience:
1.the call center make false commitment they say that manager will call you in 4 hours but you don’t get the call.
2.I raised the request on 12th Apr, 25 and still hasnt be repaired. Also, they never talk about the SLA during AMC. every time they breach the SLA.
3.Unhelpful Call center: Support team never provide you proper information. they will provide same generic answers.
- you make up your mind to purchase the AMC from Onsitego then before purchasing call the center and ask every about visits changes for RO if third party will come to repair and time taken for AC maintenance and GAS filling(be present at the time of GAS filling might be they show you false information).
5.My Past repair was also very poor: you have to pay the vising charge if they call for third party. since I fought for it for 3 days then I get my vising charge back. please be aware of it.
