Experienced extreme frustration with their customer service. Despite sending multiple messages and inquiries, received no response regarding the shipment. It was highly disappointing. Absence of tracking system, no way to monitor left me anxious till the shipment reached. Highly unprofessional when it came to pricing, Initially quoted low rates and once the shipment was underway, they added all sorts of taxes(even the ones not applicable) making the bill higher than expected. Another issue is that I had to constantly call and follow up for every update such as receipt for packing, Bill. It`s highly unreliable. I would not recommend this ever!
