The car is good...powerful and stable and runs smoothly but their attitude towards customers is pathetic...I bought the car from a dealer in Hyderabad(Asco Automobiles) two years back and he gave me an old accidental car(repainted and well dented) as new...The dealer forgot to take the job card from the glove compartment of the car and that is how I came to know about this...I refused delivery and they said it was a mistake and apologised...I wrote to the company including The CEO but no one replied back(Would they have the same attitude in say US...no but these guys can take Indian consumers for a ride)...I even wrote to their US office who told me I should speak to the Indian office(where officials are so busy they dont bother about customer complaints).I wrote mails to their CEO but never ever heard from him...Than I took the car for servicing to British Motor Car Company in Delhi and they dont service the car...just wash it and give it back...If they change something the part which has been replaced is not given back to you...If you give this feedback to the company they write back You are just creating a noise...our service is world class...I do hope someone in GM sees this and takes some action...I have just bought Corolla and service is superb...They can send people there for training
