Oppo A57, this is the budget segment phone launched by Oppo at a price of around INR 15000 which is not the best price for this product as you get better phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Honor 6X, etc. and don’t get me wrong as there are issues with these phone also but when you get price to performance ratio Xiaomi is lot better than Oppo A57. Also you don’t have much to speak about it’s specifications as you have 3GB of ram and 32GB of internal storage. Also the phone does not have all types of sensors which you can find on phones cheaper than Oppo A57. The performance of the phone is not at all great and if you talk about the screen quality and toughness it has a HD display. Are you serious Oppo? At this price you get Full HD display and the screen is also brittle. Just do a normal drop test and you will see that the screen will shatter off. The audio output is okay. Not very loud but it’s okay and the call clarity is also fine. The battery will last for about 14 to 15 hours normally and after a heavy usage it would last about for a half day or a little less on Oppo A57 When you think about Oppo you quickly get a thought of camera but this time the camera is not that great on A57 but in this price segment could think about it but now you also have Honor 6X which will be my recommendation for the people who want the camera performance. Although the phone has full metallic design the phone does give you that premium feeling. I would say that Oppo and Vivo have captured the most of offline market and they mainly focus on their advertisement. I think they should concentrate more on making good phone rather than advertising so much and try to show that their phone is the best which is not the truth. So if you have a budget of around INR 15000 then I really do not recommend this phone. I’m not showing any kind of hatered for Oppo’s popularity but this is only the truth and I hope they do better next time. If they manufacture a nice phone next time then I will comeback and appreciate their work but for this Oppo A57 I highly do not recommend this phone. And this my recommendation.
