Hi, Just finished a 5lb tub. Results are awesome. Have gained 2 pounds of lean muscle in just 5 weeks. Feels awesome. Have tried many Indian brands but never got satisfactory results. ON whey is very superior and effective I would say. The taste, mixibility, absorption is excellent. No other protein will be close to ON Whey Gold Standard. I would recommend it to everyone.
