My expectations have been exceeded in every aspect, right from the moment the booking was taken by Ms.Christine from Chennai Office. I am extremely grateful for allowing me to experience the holiday trip on a later date than originally booked, I would like to Thank Mr. Subramaniam from Chennai Office for making this possible.
Right from the moment we checked in until we checked out, the care and hospitality given by the staff in the resort was just incredible. There were few staff that I would like to specially mention here for their professionalism.
The evening entertainment was a brilliant idea to promote the local culture, particularly the acrobatic dance performed by 8 Men on the 18th evening was spectacular. The only thing I would recommend here is to follow the timing as published. The sense of punctuality seems to be diminishing in particular with the show. I guess a bit of Crowd management training for the activity staff to handle the big groups will be handy.
The Housekeeping team were awesome, the suite was cleaned in no time and every time we came in, the suite felt so clean. They were the invisible magicians. All our requests were handled promptly, the Pressing was delivered on time and as requested.
I am very delighted with the whole experience and I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a holiday trip with a different experience. The resort’s every single activity is in tandem with mother nature. Nearly 50% of the fresh produce is self sustained from the 50 acre resort and most imprtantly it is organic.
One of the interesting thing is the paper bag making session, we learnt to make the paper bag and that is a great alternate to the plastic bags.

You can stay in this place for a week if u really love nature. it is by the lake on a side and by the river on the other. And of course forests all around. Its a very well secured and safe place with pur natural beauty.
