Dear Friends,
This is my 2nd complain in 3 days. Orange has mentioned that MMS service comes free with the the Basic Monthly GPRS rental of Rs.99 /-.Ok fine last few days I tried sending MMSs to some of my friends & relatives who had MMS enabled phone. But they didn’t recieved any MMS messages from me. Even they tried to sending MMS messages to me, but were shown rejected & I didn’t recieved any MMS messages from them.
When contacted the customer sevice, they replied that I can use the MMS service only if the person to whom I am sending the MMS messages also has a GPRS activated cum MMS phone.
Now everyone knows about MMS messages could be sent / recieved only with MMS enabled phone of the Reciever / Sender. But what is this !!! Because I have MMS service through GPRS, I can send it only to GPRS activated phones !!!
It means the person with whom I am having MMS communication should also have GPRS activated phone!!! Couldn’t Orange mentioned this aspect of MMS service before ??? It is clearly cheating the customer.Is it not Orange’s duty to inform the customer about this before he uses their serivices ???
So guys hope my 2nd review may warn you aout this shocking truth of Orange !!!
