Typical MNC style - Orange screws up on its billing, they forget what tariff plan I am on and really screw up in September 2002. I get no bills right until end of February and I have been roaming all over the country in October and November. No idea how much bill. Called up Orange Customer (screwing) Service and all I get is oops Im sorry but our systems are slow or a I must apologize for the delay, but the system currently shows that your bills have already been dispatched regularly. What the f*k - if they claim that I didnt pay in spite of receiving the bolls - why did leave my cell in service for six months - till date.
Finally, worried about the accumulating amount I called up Orange ONCE AGAIN (mustve become famous among them by now) and asked to speak to the Duty Manager (since I have a bit of an idea about how call centres work). Same sht spilled all over again - this time I offered to make the payments one month at a time every 15 days - no sht - they do all the fking sht and blame me for all of it - 10 days after interaction - my outgoing calls are barred and I am waiting for incoming to zonk off too - I WANT TO SEE ORANGE JUICE ON THE FLOOR!!!
