I have been a subscriber of the Essar servise for the past 3 years and now I am fed up its services , their excuses and their system upgradation……….
They were giving nice service till there was competition between Ushaphone and Essar but from the time till when the former company got bankrupted they also started with the same sort of service.
They have started sending nuisance bills and their network is always busy so one cannot make a call in one attempt.
I got my cell activated for all India roaming for which they asked me for additional Rs.1000/- which I deposited in the month of march and they activated mine card.so my security becomes Rs.3000/-
Now in the month of June they sent me a message saying that my limit is exceeding the security limit of Rs.2000/- so I had to go and give them the details of my bill and invoice number.
They said that my cell wont be barred and the system would be upgraded by eve and the issue will be solved.
Then after two weeks they suddenly barred my cell and I was not able to make any calls.
On further inquiry I found that they would need two more hours to update my account and then only my cell would be restored.
I did got too much annoyed.
I think v buy cell phone for our convinience rather than for trouble and waste time in seeing that the cell is activated and all that stuff and waste time giving them details of all the bills.
I strongly recommend u all to not get entangled in essar card as they also take about 30 days to refund the security deposited and for that also we need to move to and fro around them in order to get our money back
So BEWARE
