HUTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.............

Hi Guys, I would like to share something that I experienced recently with HUTCH. My prepaid sim card got bad for some reason without me doing anything couple of days back. On calling customer care, I was told to visit any of the teleshops to get the sim replaced. As per their instructions, I visited Hutch Tele Shop on 12th June 2006 at 6.30 Pm and paid Rs 100 and got a new sim. The guy who hand;ed it told me explicitly that it will take a max of 4 HOURS to get this activated.   Its been 25 hours now and its still not active. To add to this when I called 9.30 in morning, some person kept me on hold and then told me that I can visit hutch tele shop and maybe if they can help. I was surprised why am I asked to visit again and again.   Called up again 1t 12.20 spoke to a supervisor named ashish, who promised to get it done and give a call back within 2-3 hours which never happened   called up again at 4.00 and had the most shocking guy named Pradeep Sing, so called supervisor, who does knew English , who didn’t know how to talk to a customer...   This is what he responded, when I said I aver got the sim from hutch shop in sent nagar, he barged in between and said that its not a hutch shop its telesho and that I am wrong.   Moreover when I said that the guy in teleshop told it will be done in 5 hours he told me, DID HE GIVE YOU THIS IN WRITING.   THIS IS SHOCKING AND believe me guys hutch is having such idiots with them cant help it. Coz of few souls like this the entire company is having a bad name.   STAY AWAY
