There is no facility of e-mailing anyone through this cell phone provider.normally you can e-mail through the short msg service provided by almost all the providers.lacking in this.there is no mode of connection to this server through the net.there are sites such as mtnsms.com and sms.ac where in we can send messages to any cell phone but not the essar provided ones.this is a let down.on enquiry it is said that the service doesnt provide people to send e-mails through the cell
