Yes indeed it is. Its not that I have had no problems with other service providers but they were all felt to be within tolerance. Actually I have multi circle experience of using mobile telephony services. I had been in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Delhi circles. I had been attached to Idea Cellular, then known as Birla-AT&T, in Gujarat & Maharashtra and Airtel in Delhi.
Of all the above I have found Hutch to be worst. Poor customer care, worst signal quality, exorbitantly expensive and yes a bill generally that has a dispute. Its been more than an year that I am attached to Hutch because of my employer’s tie up and I have no choice but to stick to them.
Lately I have taken a personal connection from Reliance Infocom. I amazed to see the improvements and quality service that they have given. Probably I will shift to Reliance in a very short span. The service is good bill comes late to I have to pay late and of course its very cost effective. And I also don’t travel much abroad so no issues!!!
