Worst ever bus service I’ve ever seen. cockroaches all around inside the cabin and over pillows, slippery bedsheets, AC uncontrollable, no lights inside cabin, TV not working, curtains falling over passengers, charging points not working, torn bottle holder and what more.
Ideally the double sleeper is like a 6*4 bed, but orange bus sleepers have 2 separate mattresses where kids can’t sleep properly and comfortably.
I am writing this feedback from inside the bus only. looking at the attitude of bus staff, I won’t dare again to use Orange again.
