I booked a bus to chennai from coimbatore in orange tours and travels, while booking it was mentioned in the list as the bus is multi axle-sleeper ac coach.There was 4 seats available at the back end booked the seat becoase it’s multi axle volvo hence there will be confort even at the end seats.While boarding the bus I was asked boad the bus which is a normal ashok leyland bus, so that it the rest of the journey everybody can guess.i tried complaining through their complaint forum but no response from the travels.
