My experience is very bad with Orange Tours & Travels. I booked sleeper AC from Bangalore to Pune and my picup point was Rajajinagar, Bangalore. I waited for a long time at my picup point for more that 45min from scheduled time and then they call me and said we can’t come there and said me to come on another picup point. first of all they were very late and at night they say come to other pickup point made me very angry.Such a worst service they provided me. When I started contacting conductors mobile he was not receiving any call when I contacted head office then he called me and said ok wait for some more time we will be there. Never ever book Orange travels in your life. Its service is not good and comfort level inside is very low.
