I selected one rechargeable battery for my digital camera Online shopping’ORDER2INDIA’ on 24.4.19 and made full payment at that time. The promise was to deliver it in 3-4 weeks(in fine print may be 8 weeks max). After 4 weeks I wrote them "I didn’t receive it yet. I am shopping with you 1st time. send it soon" they answered me back to "wait till 8 weeks" Then after 8 weeks the wrote me "You cancelled the order so we will return your money in 1-2 weeks(8-10 working days)" I wrote them back that "I didn’t cancel order from my side & want that product" but no reply other than it. Then I heard from some of my friends that such companies keep on doing such practice as one of the ways to use customers money FREE for 10 weeks. Thus under the cover of’Online Shopping’ this’ORDER2INDIA’ cheated me and took me for a ride without giving me the product for 2.5 months.
It also spoiled reputation of my country by using’INDIA’ in their name. Anybody cheated like me can easily believe that INDIAN companies are fraudulent. This is more alarmingly harmful to the reputation of INDIA.
