Bought 5 orient jazz in Oct-20 costing 2600 INR each, 2 out of 5 are very noisy, manufacturing defect, called customer care, lady was very helpful though the servicemen took the fan out of my home to his workshop for repairing, didn’t offer any alternative. My family spend whole day in summer without a fan following the maintenance entire day. Service man even said that they work on commission and they don’t care about brand’s product. A HUGE REGRET
