in today’s time there are many branches of banks are there in every cities. because it’s time to go cashless and the banks only the last hope.
today I am discussing about Oriental Bank of Commerce
today I am telling my story for my experience with his bank.
I am connected with this bank by many time.
I haven’t savings account in Yes Bank. one day I need some cash and I went into Bank to withdraw some cash.
the worker of the bank are very lazy and they are not helping what they do not have the knowledge how to treat the customers.
if they have any problem they say the server is not working properly.
on the other hand I want printing of passbook printer are always dead. the even don’t print my passbook since last 3 months.
the ATM is only one in our city and there is always no cash. and ATM machine is not working that is written on the machine.
as you are talking about the customer service server is always down. and didn’t say that the bank will solve your problem you need to write application.
I am very pleased by this Bank
I have never tried the phone banking no of the Oriental Bank of Commerce.
in the hole I want to say that the bank is not a good band because the service is not so good
