I used another bank card at the ATM of Oriental Bank of Commerce and the cash dispenser section of the machine opened and stayed open and I saw no money for quite a while. The security guard told me to go to the adjacent Oriental Bank of Commerce office(MG Road Pune);I did and was told the amount 3500 would be reversed. I approached the bank officials of both mine and Oriental Bank of Commerce several times but nothing was done to date. I requested them to see the so called CCTV camera footage but they did not. It is pathetic that they should rob me of my amount when the bank records would clearly show the transaction! My advice to all is never use another bank’s ATM ever!
