My brother is having an account in Oriental bank from last 3 years and It was like the best PSU bank in the business.
But when I opened my account here in the last year, the whole scenario has changed. Don’t know what happened to this bank and its services.
I got my ATM card after 2 months of opening the bank, and then having problems with their mobile and internet banking facilities. I still have not got my internet banking and mobile banking password, though asked them a number of times. I am not a happy customer at all. so cant recommend this to anyone.
