I am one of its former customers and was compelled to choose a private bank because of very lackluster service. I had to change my loyalty because of some rotten apples.
Well, in this age of customer care professionals; one hardly found bank staff behaving in a cordial manner.
It was very rare to come across some good employees in small branches.
And, I had to be part of a regular queue like many others.
It was not rare to find either computer meeting some snag or some employee playing traunt!
It was quite a norm to find people discussing among themselves- why private banks are better than public sector banks!
Nevertheless, it was really a night mare for me.
