My mother is a senior citizen she underwent a major life threatening stomach surgery. The surgery took place for 6 long hours, so one can imagine. She is hospitalized in one of the renowned hospitals in Pune. Unfortunately my mother has her medical insurance with Oriental insurance. We had informed the Oriental insurance agent that the patient will be discharged on 20-Feb-2017. We started following up on the discharge process on 20-Feb-17 from 7am. The insurance agent has been telling us to wait for 2 hours while he sorts the case for us. My mother had to stay back at the hospital on 20th Night as the hopeless Oriental insurance company could not complete the paperwork. We are on 22-Feb-17, its 1.30pm and still the Agent is asking us to wait for 2 hours. Must say a "Bullshit" organization and we did a mistake by getting our medical insurance with this shitty organization.
Please do not get your medical insurance done with oriental insurance. As you will be assured of Shittiest service.
