Aprox 15 days ago I went to take an insurance policy for my bike. when I was at office all the work has done by an agent as early as posible but the behaviour of company staff is not well for the customer. Actually I was in hurry and want to work early but the staff of that company kahte h na in lemon language" kaam ko ek dusre par talna" and talking sense of higher officer is also not good. so I havent done the policy from that company only bcoz of bad CRM.
