Who Forgot the Bag this time?

On my recent holiday to Cornwall, Shane did his usual trick and forgot the bag, this time the toiletries. You know the usual, shower gel, toothpaste, shampoo, his shaving bits plus other bits and pieces. Luckily we were staying with my sister-in-law, so I was able to borrow necessary bits and bobs, until I was able to visit Boots the Chemist the following day and buy the items that Shane and I would require for our stay. Having had the free Original Samples form the website, I decided to purchase the Tea Tree and Lemon Shower gel.

I think I was draw to the yellow colour more than anything else! I found the lemon smell invigorating first thing in the morning. It lathers well in the Cornish tap water. My skin was left feeling soft and supple, yet also refreshed. I have sensitive skin and am react to a lot of highly perfumed soaps and shower gels, yet at no time did I get any dry patches. It found that the lemon smell lingered on my skin yet was not too over powering. Initially, I was reminded of lemon curd (nothing wrong with that) but without the sugar, but I could not smell any Tea Tree though. I bought a 250ml bottle for £2.49 from Boots. This shower gel is available from many chemists, supermarkets and other high street outlets.

How to Use

Squeeze a small amount of the gel on to a sponge or hand and lather onto a wet body. Rinse off thoroughly when clean. This can also be repeated onto the hair too. Personally, I like to use a small amount of conditioner following shampooing to reduce tangles.

Other Varieties in the Shower Gel Range

Orange & Grapefruit Pure Lime Pure Lemon Tea Tree & Mint Tea Tree & Orange Spearmint

All in all, considering that I am really a fan of Avon products, I found this shower gel performed well. I found the gel value for money and very effective. I will, if Shane forgets the toiletries again consider using Original’s Tea Tree and Lemon Shampoo and Shower Gel. (Shane had no complaints either!)
