I went to orion in bangalore, located at hosur road for my first service for my yamaha fz16. They charged me around rs 350.00 (for a free service!!)
I’ve never paid more than rs 150 for my hero honda for a free service. They charged around 200 for oil and 48 for filter element (they say it needs to be changed every time oil is changed). They charged me 65 for lubricant for chain, under a different bill ’ labour bill’. There not clear and very vague about this when asked. They are not only cheating customers but also the parent company yamaha.
