I am really unhappy with Orion Motor’s service center - quality of service. I have a Yamaha Fazer(2009 model) which I bought from Orion motors. Last 3 years, service was OK, because they did not have to replace any part.
Now after 4 yrs, when I was asking to check why gear box is so tight, why clutch wire got broken very frequently, they do not have any answer, they just fix it while I give for servicing. And then you ride your bike for 10+ days, same issue starts again.
Another most important problem with this service center is they are very good at talking. Means, they can’t give you customer satisfaction w.r.t service quality but know how to talk smoothly and to avoid all blames.
Eg: My Bike has 25+ puncture(every-time I fix it in a puncture shop, within next few days I get another one, and I have been told by the mechanic to change the tyre) so I have been asking these Orion motors guys from last 4+ months when the tyre will be available, they do not have any idea, only one answer- Sir, we are checking with other tyre vendor, or best you can do is buy a tyre, give to us, we will do the fitting for you.(looks like I am the service center engineer, and they are customer for me)
Even I bought a helmet from the showroom. While buying they told we do have 1YR warranty. But when I went to them for some minor issue, they were telling, Sir got to any helmet shop and repair it, it will not cost more.
I am really pissed of with Orion Motors. I would recommend not to buy any product from them.
