I have a Yamaha YZF-R15 bike and orion motiors people are not able to fix from last one and half months. Everytime they say something and the bike is lying at their service center. Guys if you are planning to buy anything from Orion motors then think 100 times.
Its not worth your time and effort. I am fed up of calling orion and yamaha support but of no use. Don’t know how long they will take to fix the bike!!!
I am not sure what is going on between Yamaha motors India and the Orion motors Bangalore. I don’t know how they are communicating with each other but what I know that I am suffering from last one and half month.This does not go with the image of Yamaha Motors. Whatever they are saying about their customer support and their vision mission at Yamaha website, I don’t see that in practice.
