We had a worst experience for ORO Gold loan company Shivajinagar Pune.
I was looking for some gold loan in October month 2022, and got call from one of the gold loan company, Offered gold loan @ door step, I thought of avail the loan from Oro, and visited Oro company for gold loan, I was very disappointed seeing their gold valuation process, Team were damaged my ornament(Bangle) initially they had scratched my bangle using stone 2- 3 minutes, after using knife cut my Bangle and damaged, I was objected moment I saw the valuation process, it’s my wedding bangle, Now I have closed the loan and got the bangle back unable to use got damage, worst valuation process I have never seen in my life, from different banks availed gold loan, never got such a worst experience`
I was objected the valuation process, they have said management ask as to do the same process, more over my bangle got some weight loss, they have collected all the cutting gold powder very safe for them( for Oro company bonus), keeping one small bottle acid for malting gold.
Around one hour took the complete process; initially they said 5 to 10 minutes can complete gold loan process.
I have seen complete loan process directly, people are using home service, not sure there experience.
Finally Oro team asked me to rating via Oro app, demanded to 5 rating for processing loan.
Very worst experience first and last Oro for me.
While taking loan they have offer 500 INR cask bask assurance, all fake not even one rupee received after closing my gold loan.
