Orpat is just like a local manufacturer who doesn’t believe in after sales service or warranty. I would request all the buyers not to buy Orpat product. The switches of my house were from Orpat. Every month, one to two switches got short or dis-functioning. I was really disappointed and after a year, I changed all the switches of my house to Anchor. On sharing my experience of Orpat with friends and relatives, none of them spoke in favor of any Orpat product as their own experience was similar to mine for the products used by them.
