I don’t love this ortel communications Ltd. Service.I have used ortel Cable from 1 years ago . Previously they provide analog service . That time, they provide good service at low rate . But, now they provide digital service . I am not happy with this service.
Their customer service is very bad.At my nearest place they have no office . If I have any problem or quiry I don’t contact with them directly.also I faced too many problem with this service.
Every month I recharge 240/- . At this price they do not provide many good channel . I can’t watch many sports channel like sony six, star sports, ten sports channel, discovery channel . But, price is expensive . They mainly provide cast or language type channels , which channels don’t watch anyone . So, that is not value for money . There have no option to choose channel manually as per my requirements .also I can’t watch movie channel like set max, b4u movie, life ok, & pictures, moc, m tv etc.
Too many time when I start my TV it show no signal.
Now, mainly after 9 PM, cable signal start too many disturbances . As it start too many disturbances I am unable to watch any channel . Except, night at day there also faced same problem .their Staffs take too much time too solve the issue and also their staffs behaviour very bad.
Also Picture quality is not good, as compared with it’s price . Other cable operator have good pack at this price than ortel.
So, I don’t recommend this ortel service to all my friends.
