I have taken ortel limited plan i.e Rs. 450 which provides 2.25 GB per month . Unfortunately I exceeds 680 MB more . As per ortel tariff plans I have to pay 680*.40= 272 RS more. But my bill amount is 350 rs more . why this extra 78 Rs more
I really dissatified for this unnecessary payment .
Another issue is providing service to the customer . most of the time ortel broadband internet service is not available .
