I have taken Ortel broadband plan with 20 GB data with unlimited usage. My purpose of using connection for my job which requires 8 hours work on internet.
Conditions for First month.
- I took connections and I saw modem was offline till 8 pm. I went outside and return home after 10 pm and it got connected. I used first day and on next morning, at 8 AM, again internet connectivity is gone. Modem shows offline.
I called customer care and they told me, it will be fixed soon.
The issue of no Internet from 8 AM- 6 PM continued till next 15 days. I have called customer care for 30 times, called Sales person 15 times, logged more than 10 complain, but Ortel people have thick skin. They simply dont care about issue.
I went out of Bhubaneswar for 15 days, came back and started using for 2 days. it was okay. Since yesterday, there is no internet . I put anather complain. Complain got resolved automatically as I received message to my mobile. Still I donot see Modem is online and I am unable to use internet.
here I conclude that, Ortel offers below par service, they donot take care of customer complain. I realised it is wasteage of time and energy to connect with Ortel anyway.
