My treatment is going on since 2 years at your Satara Road Orthodontist Clinic. I am writing this because, today I’m very disappointed with orthosquare staff.
My last appointment of satara road orthodontist was in December, after that I got appointment in Jan but I was unable to go and I missed my appointment. I called on this number (940542xxxx) and told them to give me the next appointment of orthodontist but during this period my tooth started moving and a gap has been formed between my tooth, they are aching now. I waited for the appointment.
Today i.e. 2/2/23, orthodontist appointment was arranged. I have recommended this clinic to 3 of my friends and their treatment is also going on in the same clinic. I got to know about today’s appointment from my friend. Immediately I called the clinic and asked if I may come for appointment but Reception didn’t consider my request and she started to talk to me arrogantly and loudly. They are not considering my problem. They gave me appointment for 17/02/2023. How can I bare this pain for next 15 days? They didn’t even listen to me and hung up the call.
As I have been talking treatment seens last 2 years and have cleared all the payments within 6 months during treatment. This really disappointed me.
The staff should be a considerating, forget considering, at least they should talk politely if someone comes with a problem to them.
The previous staff was very sweet and polite and always considered all the problems. Dr. Sameer and Dr. Priya were the best staff Orthosquare had. Maybe now the staff is new. They are very rude and arrogant.
