Dear friends, I booked ticket from chennai to Hosur on 9th of March at Rs 450 but that day morning one message came from unknown number saying that your ticket was cancelled, again I called the person but he simply told me that the ticket cost would be Rs 999 so we cancelled the tickets,
it is ridiculous as who gave them the rights to cancel my ticket without proper reason, The company is only for Cheating the customer and making the money as many as possible.
Even if you travel in a bus, customer relationship is also very poor as I had experienced it last time.
I try to contact Oscar travels but there is no E-Mail ID for Complaints and support but contact number is available only for the bus arrival related query not for complaint and support of customer.
We can give very big award that "THE WORLD BEST CHEATERS WHO CHUCK THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER"
