Went there to celebrate my Mom’s b’day & was greeted really well! Since my wife was unable to join somehow, the hotel staff surprised us by arranging for a skype video call with my wife - so that she can wish my mom:-)
The ambiance is great and the food is simply awesome! Great lakhnavi taste & ample portions! The staff was very friendly, to the extent that even my 2 yrs old nephew befriended a server!
The only issue was speed of service. main course served 30 minutes after we finished starters(we had to remind the staff like 4 times for the main course)!
All in all - one of the best places in Lucknow to dine in!
P.S. - They don’t have baby seats / kids’ chair. so don’t visit with kids!
