I have been to 2 OvenFresh restaurants in the city. They are in Sector 17 and Sector 26. The difference between them is stark. One is a bistro the other being a proper restaurant(and maybe classified as an upscale) of course with the price tag.
The Sector 17 is a shop with a false ceiling with the bottom housing the kitchen, the product display and order and payment counter. The sundries are ordered and picked up by the customer(the staff heats up the items like pizza slices, etc.), the drinks(all non-alcoholic) are served on the top. The false ceiling is low so beware of your head. The staff in Sector 17 is very bland, in fact you feel the sarkari(government servant) attitude in that shop.
The Sector 26 is a different story. They have a full range of items(equally priced as Sector 17). The service and preparation is top notch. If you don’t tip there they must really served you like the Sector 17 people. You are offered a Menu, a person guides you thru the Menu(at least they did it for me) and best of all you can order and pay from the same spot(your comfortable seating).
My advice is go to Sector 26 OvenFresh unless you are craving for just a bistro that carries the name of OvenFresh.
