Today I am going to share some simple but very effective tips to get beautiful and healthy skin which you can easily follow;
First of all drink at least 12 glasses of water daily even during winters. Just like a flower needs water to grow, your skin also needs water to glow and shine. The water removes all the toxic impurities and fats from your skin and blood cells and gives you a glowing skin.
Remove all the makeup before going to bed. Many people do not do this and this damages the skin. Wash your face with mild hot water and then apply the moisturizer or skin toner which nourishes the face.
Always carry sunscreen with you. Suns harmful ultraviolet rays are extremely harmful to our skin as they cause skin burning and tanning. A good SPF 30 sunscreen costs not more than 300 rupees. it will shield your skin and give you a tan free look.
The suns rays and increasing pollution makes our face dull. So, to de-tan your face you need to exfoliate your skin after every one or two months. This you can either do by using scrubs that contain lemons which removes all the tanning and dead cells or you can try a home remedy. Take two lemons and squash them. Add some sugar and olive oil and then apply it to your face and massage it. After that wash it with water and then apply milk on your face with cotton. You will see that all the tanning and dead cells will be removed.
Before going to bed, wash your face with water and then apply raw milk with cotton. This milk will remove the dark cells in your skins pores and helps in generating new cells which brighten up the face.
if you have an oily face, then go for Garnier lemon face wash which removes all the oil and also makes your skin light in colour. Do not forget to wash your face twice a day if you have an oily face.
At last, maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid eating junk food. Doing yoga also brings glow in your face.
