Hello guys!
I know you people are aware of the importance of White and healthy teeth and not to forget ORAL SMELL. However, loads of infomration is available online, loads of products in the market, and plenty of hacks and DIYs to get whiter and healthier teeth.
I am going to share just three important tips with one oUTSTANDING PRODUCT, do this just for 2 minutes everyday and you will gain attention among your colleagues for your oral hygiene.
Let us start:
Tip 1: As usual brush your teeth with your favorite toothpaste and just before washing your teeth add a half table spoon of CHARCOAL POWDER(i use Trycone Charcoal powder available on AMAZON) onto your brush and brush up your teeth for 30 seconds. That is it.
Tip 2: Cleaning your tongue is the most important step, which many of them skip. That is the reason few people’s mouth smells bad. Use a tongue cleaner and post this you can either use a mouth was(Available in the market) or just gargle salt water(i do this personally), which helps get rid of bacteria, and takes away that minty toothpaste taste from your tongue.
Tip 3: what you eat and drink on everyday basis is very important to keep your teeth healthy and whiter.
You should be away from excess drinking of coffee and Tea. Instead prefer drinking green tea.
Also, you should wash your mouth after having your breakfast, lunch else the food stuck in your teeth develops bacteria very easily leading to cavities.
Note: We Indians, should also add one important regime before going to bed religiously is "Brushing your teeth". It is very important to keep away the active bacteria to form their families in our mouth in the nights. Imagine!
Repeat the entire process that I suggested for morning routine before going to bed.
It just needs 3-4 minutes for your time, and come on! You should not be thinking to spend at least 3 minutes to keep your oral structure hygienic.
