Hello, Recently I ordered a PRE-OWNED moto x play from Overcart.com and I made the payment online from my debit card and after completing the payment I am seeing that the payment is successfull but my product not booked and I am unable to track my product confirmation . I tried to call customer care many times but whenever I called them they are saying that every representative is busy then I mailed my issue with them but no response has came, these all things are continued for 2 days and now till now my payment gone but I didn’t recieve any detail of product . This is a ridiculus untrustable site for online shooping .
