I booked an important document to be sent to Mumbai from Hyderabad on 18 Sep 10(Consignment no 301516725). Till the 21st it was in Hyderabad itself and even after reaching Mumbai it has been lying with the Company and the consignor and consignee making desperate attempts to contact the service centre. How ever the response from the courier company has been indifferent as they have not even tried to contact the addressee despite his personal mobile no indicated on the cover.
Today, I am forced to share the expirience is that when I contacted the service centre they gave me the number of the franchisee (08097512182) who in turn gave me the no of the delivery boy(9869515172). The delivery boy when contacted told me that he does not look after that area and asked me to contact the franchisee for the relevant details. When I tried to contact, the person switched it off after a couple of rings. Since then I have been desperately trying to call but the no has been switched off. The offices are going to close within an hour and
Tomorrow it’s going to be a week and I’ve spent almost the same amount on phone bills as much as I paid for this (poor) service. Later on it would be shown as addressee not found as it happened the last time.
