Sent a box of sweet from Gurgaon to Faridabad on 26/09/14. This outlet of Overnite Express was getting inaugurated then, and my consignment was the first to be booked. They assured of priority delivery(me being 1st customer and the outlet’s 1st revenue).
They charged me for "priority" service, and we paid as we wanted next day delivery(sweet having low self-life). But, till the time I am writing this review( 4 days later - 29/09/2014 18.12 hours), they have no clue of th whereabouts of this sweet box. I am sure by the time they can find this box out, the sweet will no more be edible.
Gurgaon to Faridabad is hardly 50 km distant. If the service for such a short distance is so pathetic, what else can be expected from this so called OVERNITE EXPRESS> Hopeless service, worse response, false - cheating information, and sheer disappointment.
